To compare two different drugs that will be given in a space in spine and patient will not feel pain during surgery and the two drugs that will be given and compared are chlorprocaine in which clonidine will be added and the other drug is bupivacaine in which same dose of clonidine is mixed

Inclusion criteria: Asa grade1and2 Patient undergoing elective below umbilical surgery Patient with normal coagulation profile Patient free of cardio-respiratory or autonomic dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patient not fulfilling inclusion criteria Asa grade 3 and 4
