Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients coming to gynaecological department for complaints other than post menopausal bleeding

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Morbid medical/surgical/orthopaedic conditions. 2) Women with post menopausal bleeding 3) Women having any contraindication to TVS : vaginal atrophy/ stenosis, local vaginal infections.

(1) Endometrial thickness â?¥5.0mm, (2) Intrauterine focal lesions if endometrial thickness is â?¥5.0mm, and (3) Premalignant and malignant changes in the endometrium if endometrial thickness is â?¥5.0mm and intrauterine focal lesions are present, using transvaginal ultrasound in gynecologically asymptomatic postmenopausal women.
