Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adults in the age group of 40-79 years with anyone of the following CV risk factors will be included in the study: Known family history of CVD Obesity Smoking Alcoholics (Low intake) Lack of physical activity (Moderate to severe) Pre-hypertension Hypertension Pre-diabetes Diabetes Dyslipidemia Insulin resistance Retrograde inflammation Psychological stress and Work stress
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Severe alcoholics (Alcohol has more influence on cardiovascular and autonomic functions) • Sportspersons • Known heart diseases • Receiving hormonal therapy • Severe Kidney diseases • Other endocrine disorders
