Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Dystonic tremor (DT): Patients in whom dystonia is the only clinical sign in addition to tremor and there is no evidence of a secondary etiology or underlying neurodegenerative disorder. Dystonic tremor will be classisfied according to Movement Disorder consensus committee criteria for tremor into Dystonic Tremor or Tremor Associated with Dystonia. b) Essential Tremor (ET): Essential tremor will be diagnosed as per the Movement Disorder consensus criteria. c) Parkinsons disease (PD): PD will be diagnosed as per the UKPDS Brain Bank Society criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hyperthyroidism, medications, alcohol or other secondary causes of tremor
