Inclusion criteria: • Patients ready to take part in the study and willing to undergo lipid profile and fasting blood sugar investigations • Age and sex matched controls willing to undergo lipid profile and fasting blood sugar investigations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients not providing consent for the study 2Patients on anti hyper lipidemic drugs 3 Pregnant and lactating women
