Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective angiography for diagnosis of CAD . Adults greater than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to consent Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) or thromboembolism in the preceding 3 months Patients with peripheral vascular disease. More than mild valvular heart disease. Unable to obtain a full study of the coronary arteries. Arrhythmias other than sinus bradycardia or sinus tachycardia. Post CABG Serum creatinine > 1.5 mg%
