Inclusion criteria: Fit for Nasya karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having any infective conditions or systemic disorders like IHD SLE Diabetes Mellitus TB Spine

out come will be determined by decrease in subjective parameter like; 1.Neck pain 2.Neck stiffness 3.Restricted movements of neck 4.Numbness 5.Swelling and assessment of objective parameter like; improvement in range of movements Timepoint: Assessment of the patient will be done on the first day before treatment and on the seventh day after treatment	—
