Health Condition 1: null- patient having high blood pressure 140/90 mmHg

Interventions

Intervention1: Group A: 20 Patients will be administrated with 50-60ml Til Taila (Sesame oil) Matra vasti (Per Rectal enema) procedure after breakfast for 60 days. Intervention2: Group B: 20 Patient

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A Systolic blood pressure reading >=140 mmHg. 2. A Diastolic blood pressure reading >=90 mmHg. 3. At least two abnormal blood pressure readings on different occasions over a two week period or more (one week) interval is enough if the first reading was higher than 180 systolic or 110 diastolic. 4. Treated with anti-hypertensive medication 5. Subject or subjectâ??s legal representative has signed the informed consent form. 6. Patient fit for Vasti and Kashayapana procedure with signs and symptoms of Essential hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension associated with: 1. IHD, CHD, CAD, Co-arctation of aorta. 2. Renovascular complications. 3. Endocrinal complications. 4. Cerebral complications e.g. hypertensive encephalopathy, cerebral haemorrhage, convulsive seizure.

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effect of therapy objectively, all the signs and symptoms will be observed on the basis of percentile. 1. Marked improvement : 76% to 100% 2. Moderate improvement : 51% to 75 % 3. Mild improvement : 26 % to 50 % 4. No improvement : 0% to 25 % Timepoint: 90 days
