Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 18-65 years, Current residents of Manipal suburban region Residents for at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any disability that prevents them from independent walking and individuals with cognitive impairment that prevents them to communicate with investigators.
