Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral missing mandibular molars or premolars. 2.Sufficient available bone in term of quality and quantity for placement of dental implant. 3.Free from systemic diseases affecting gingival tissue and osseointegration. 4.Positive informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.General contraindication to implant surgery 2.H/O smoking, alcohol, drug or tobacco abuse 3.Pregnancy 4. Presence of systemic diseases or hereditary disorders. 5.Implant insertion torque less than 35 Ncm

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. To evaluate the level of MMP 8 and CTSK in perimplant crevicular fluid (PICF) at different time interval (2weeks, 3, 12 months) for immediate loaded implants. 2. To evaluate the level of MMP 8 and CTSK in perimplant crevicular fluid (PICF) at different time interval (2weeks, 3, 12 months) for delayed loaded implants Timepoint: 2weeks, 3, 12 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To compare the level of MMP 8 and CTSK in perimplant crevicular fluid (PICF) for immediate and delayed loaded implants at different time interval. 2. To evaluate the soft tissue response for immediate loaded implant at different time interval. 3. To evaluate the soft tissue response for delayed loaded implant at different time interval. 4. To compare the soft tissue response seen with the two different prosthetic options. Timepoint: 2weeks, 3, 12 months
