Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First liver only transplant
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Paediatric transplants 2. Super-urgent liver transplants 3. Liver-kidney transplants 4. Patients needing complex portal or arterial flow reconstruction 5. Patients with portal pressure >15mmHg or Patients with severe atherosclerosis around the coeliac axis Patients unable to give informed consent
