Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All women having 2 or more repeated controlled ovarian stimulation failure cycles. 2.Age 20-38 yrs 3.Primary or secondary infertility 4.Patency of both or either one of the tubes (HSG/Lap hysteroscopy). 5.No endometrial scratching done in previous three COS cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.known pelvic inflammatory disease 2.Bilateral tubal blockage 3.Intrauterine pathology (submucosal fibroid, endometrial polyp, adhesions, Ashermanâ??s syndrome, bicornuate uterus, septate uterus) 4.Women with acute vaginal and cervical infection 5.Endometriosis and hydrosalpinx
