Intervention1: aloe vera gels 10% and 75%: role of aloevera gel two different concentrations 10% and 75% will be compared in 84 head and neck malignancy patients in preventing the progression of radia

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient above 18 years and below 70 years. 2.patient diagnosed with head and neck malignancy referred to radiation oncology department 3.patient who are not on any topical treatment for dermatitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients less than 18 years 2.patients with previous history of irradiation 3. patients with any other skin diseases on irradiated area 4. patients who are already on topical medication.
