Intervention1: Photodynamic Therapy (Photsensitizer- Toulidine Blue): After Scaling and Root Planing, Photsensitizer (Toulidine Blue) is filled in the gingival sulcus and activated with Low level LASE

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients. Patients who were diagnosed with chronic periodontitis with probing depths of greater than 5mm on two bilateral or contra-lateral sites.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases that could influence the outcome of periodontal therapy, Bleeding- stimulating pharmaceuticals, Intake of systemic antibiotics within the last 6 months, Smokers, Pregnancy and Lactating women.
