Interventions

Intervention1: Jivantyadi Ghrita: 10 ml twice a day with milk Tarpana Dose 30 ml per day 3 sittings for 7 days with 8 days interval Control Intervention1: Group A Jivantyadi Ghrita: 10 ml twice a day

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient of having age 35 to 55 years Irrespective of sex, caste, religion, occupation, state, etc 2.The patients having the signs and symptoms of Timira (Presbyopia) 3.The patient visual activity must be More than N/60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having any other known ocular pathology. e.g. Cataract, Corneal opacity, H/o Iridocyclitis, chorio retinitis, Glaucoma.
