Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 1 and type 2 diabetics with 5 years duration who have polyneuropathy with a minimum of one year duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects, who are having Other Endocrine disorders like Thyroid dysfunctions, Adrenal disorders, Patients who are on drugs that alter Cardio vascular Autonomic function tests Known cases of obvious auto immune disorders, infections, Pregnancy, Other Neurological Problems, Subjects who are on Hormonal therapy Subjects whose HbA1c more than 9 will be excluded from the study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduced subjective pain, and reduced blood glucose and blood pressure in patients with diabetic poly neuropathy.Timepoint: 12 weeks
