Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Known cases of Diabetes mellitus Type 2 which are on insulin therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Age below 20 years & above 55 years. 2 Patients suffering from: Malignant and accelerated hypertension, CVS disorder (CAD), diabetic ketosis, nephropathy, retinopathy or any other macrovascular and microvascular complications 3 Patient undergoing regular treatment for any other severe illness and also patients suffering from tuberculosis, carcinoma and HIV positive patients including endocrine disorders like, Thyrotoxicosis, Cushing Syndrome etc. Random blood sugar level > 400mg/dl
