Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic non-specific low back pain persisting equal or more than 12 weeks Mean LBP intensity for the previous week equal or more than 4 on a 0 to 10 numerical rating scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Significant participation in structured Yoga or therapeutic exercises in the previous 3 months Severe scoliosis, Spondylolisthesis, Spondyloarthropathy, Large herniated disk, Sciatica pain equal to or greater than back pain, History of violent trauma or vertebral fracture, Active or recent malignancy, Previous spinal surgery. Rheumatoid arthritis Severe fibromyalgia. Pregnancy Progressive neurological deficits Active substance or alcohol abuse Plans to move out of the area in the next 1 month Other severe disabling acute or chronic medical or psychiatric comorbidities Unwilling to participate
