Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mild to moderate essential Hypertension (JNC VII) 2. Patients with mild to moderately increased albuminuria (A1 â?? A2 category, ACR â?? 30 â?? 300 mg/g) 3. Patients willing and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute systemic febrile / infection diseases or infections / inflammatory renal diseases. 2. Chronic Auto immune disease. 3. Diabetes mellitus. 4. Secondary Hypertension. 5. Renal artery Stenosis 6. Recent history of Myocardial infarction / stroke 7. Pregnant and lactating females 8. Patient who are unwilling or unable to comply with the trial protocol
