Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 2-16 years. Either gender Diagnosed with cancer Parents have agreed to participate in the study and have signed written informed consent. Children presenting to pain and palliative care clinic or admitted to palliative care ward.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed psychiatric disorder in caregivers Parents refusal to give consent/assent to participate in the study
