Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Subject who give positive consent for study. 2)Subject having history of ear discharge with otoscopic finding and symptoms suggestive of attico antral disease like-pursistent ear discharge,cholesteateatoma,psq retration,attic retraction and destrcation. 3)Subject having complication of CSOM like giddiness,vomitting,facial palsy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Subject who give negative consent for study. 2)Subject having SNHL in PTA finding. 3)Subgect present with history of RTA.
