Intervention1: Vamana followed by tiktashatpal ghrita in Ekakusta: Vamana with vamak yoga madanphala kutaj nimba patola madhuk all equal parts will be followed by Tiktashatpal Ghrita 10 ml BDwith warm

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having cardinal symptoms of Psoriasis. Patients with positive auspitz sign

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group less than 18 and more than 60 Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension Chronicity more than 10 years Patients clinically unfit for Vamana and Virechana Pregnant women
