Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All neonate admitted to NICU acquiring HAIs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discharge/ transfer of neonate to other hospital during the course of treatment. Discharge against medical advice

MeasureTime frame
Change in behavioral practice of healthcare workers towards prevention of HAIs in NICU and reduction in rate of HAIs (minimum 5%) compared to baseline will be the outcome of the study. Knowledge dissemination will be done to prevent HAIs in NICU.Timepoint: Four years - December 2020
