Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 1 and 2 Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries of less than 1 hr duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with sickle cell disease 2.Pregnant women 3.Bleeding disorder 4.Neurological disorders
