Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II undergoing elective knee arthroscopy surgery under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Allergy to Dexmedetomidine, Magnesium sulphate or Bupivacaine b)Body mass index (BMI) > 35 c)Patients on long term analgesic therapy d)Intra-operative conversion to general anesthesia (GA) / inadequate or failed spinal block e)patient refusal f)known psychiatric illness g)hepatic or renal abnormality h)pregnant and lactating mothers
