Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: tooth with asymptomatic apical periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?¼ Patient having pain before treatment ï?¼ Chronic condition requiring the intake of anti-inflammatory/antibiotic drugs ï?¼ Tooth which cannot be isolated by rubber dam properly ï?¼ Canal patency for periapical fluid sampling cannot be achieved ï?¼ Patient not willing to give consent
