Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i) Systolic heart failure with documented history of left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) ii) If most recent evidence of LVEF > 40%, NYHA to be > Class I iii) Optimal Heart Failure medical therapy that includes a beta-blocker and ACEI or ARB iv) Able to read and write in Kannada

Exclusion criteria: i) Atrial fibrillation or implanted rhythm or pacing device ii)
