Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA grade I-II patients who are scheduled to undergo surgery for atlanto-axial dislocation under general anaesthesia. 2) Age between 12-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal or inability to consent 2)Emergency intubation 3) Anticipated difficult intubation 4)Contraindication to neuromuscular blockade. 5)History of difficult intubation. 6)Patients with increased risk of pulmonary aspiration

Comparison of interrelationship and dynamic change of bony landmark associated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy when compared to videolaryngoscopy which could be suggestive of possible worsening/improving cervical spinal canal diameterTimepoint: Interrelationship and dynamic change of bony landmark during intubation will be recorded in CD and analysed postoperatively by Radiologist.
