Intervention1: Natrum Mur 30: Sugar of milk medicated with two drops of Natrum mur 30 will be orally administered early in the morning in empty stomach at an interval of three days for two months.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Patients diagnosed to have allergic rhinitis with elevated IgE levels - Diagnostic criteria includes paroxysms of sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, nasal itching, postnasal drip, cough, irritability, and fatigue present intermittently or persistently, a suggestive clinical history and supportive findings on physical examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are on other medications
