Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age- 14 to 55 yrs. 2. Sex- Male and Female 3. Classical Signs and Symptoms of Anaemia Hb gm%- In Males- 6 to 11 and In Females- 6 to 10 4. Sr. Iron level -For Both- Below 50 mcg/dl 5. Sr. Ferritin level-In Males- Below 24 ng/ml In Females- Below 11 ng/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 55 yrs. and below 14 yrs. of age 2. Pregnant and Lactating mothers 3. Patients with HBsAg positivity and HIV Positivity 4. Patients having malignancy 5. Anaemia, as a symptom of another disease Thalassaemic-syndrome, Megaloblastic Anaemia, Aplastic Anaemia, Congenital Anaemia, Hemolytic Anaemia 6. Patients with Psychoses 7. Patients with Surgical pathology
