Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients undergoing major elective or emergency oncological surgeries including head and neck surgeries, laparotomy, thoracotomy, joint dislocation and amputations under general or regional anaesthesia will be recruited in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: NONE
