Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-111 patients who are hemodynamically stable and posted for elective surgery in main OT complex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Midline Neck Swelling 2 Tracheostomised patients or having tracheal stoma 3 Need for emergent securing of airway 4 Emergency surgeries 5 Infection at site

| Our primary outcome will be success or failure to identify CTM (place an â??xâ?? mark on the skin overlying the CTM). The placement will be considered correct if â??xâ?? is between the superior and inferior borders of the CTM and within 0.5 cm of midline.
