Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa grade1and2 Undergoing elective endoscopic urological procedures Normal coagulation profile Free of cardio-respiratory and autonomic dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal Not fulfilling inclusion criteria Asa grade 3 and 4 Contraindication to regional anaesthesia Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs and drug under study Emergency cases.
