Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Married males with established Oligoasthenospermia. 2.Male partner with at least one year infertility and having availability of the female partners clinical fertility data. 3.Infertile couples who are living together for more than one year and had regular unprotected sexual intercourse. 4.No history of receiving andrologically effective treatment for a minimum of three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with developmental anomalies of genito-urinary system. 2.Subjects with azoospermia and sperm motility less than five percent. 3.Patients who are not willing to give a written consent. 4.Male partners who are smokers,alcoholics,and the people who get exposed to extreme heat. 5.Patients with specific and chronic disorders and having impaired hepatic and renal functions
