Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of leak around uncuffed endotracheal tube in children when the size selection is as per modified Coleâ??s formula and anaesthesiologist discretion. To correlate the postoperative airway morbidity with leak pressure.Timepoint: Just after intubation and immediate postextubation period till 2 hours.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment the utility of leak pressure testing by palpation, auscultation and constant flow method. Assessment of inter observer variability.Timepoint: Leak around uncuffed endotracheal tube at the time of intubation.
