Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
maxillary first molar anchorage loss, measured radiographically as the mesial movement of the tip of the mesiobuccal cusp.Timepoint: Pre and post treatment changes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mesial movement of the first molarâ??s mesial root apex, the mesial tip of the first molar, as well as the retraction of the maxillary central incisor at its incisal edge, apex, and the incisorâ??s distal tip. Additionally, the extrusion of the maxillary first molar and the maxillary central incisor were measured.Timepoint: Pre and post treatment changes.
