Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants between age 18 and 70 years scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.maxilla mandibular deformities 2.emergency surgery 3.full stomach patient 4.known gastroesophageal disorder patients 5.pregnancy
