Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women have been recruited from the Antenatal OPD of our institution

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy less than 20 weeks, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, multiple pregnancies, any antenatal or medical complications, chronic hypertension, renal disease, autoimmune disease(SLE), antiphospholipid syndrome, and diabetes mellitus

To test the hypothesis that increased amount of cell free DNA in maternal plasma is correlated with preeclampsia (PE), intrauterine growth restrictions (IUGR) and preterm labor (PTL)Timepoint: From entry into the study till delivery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
-To determine the outcome of pregnancy with preeclampsia, intrauterine growth restrictions and preterm labor. -To establish the correlation between gestational period with cell free fetal DNA. -To access if the cell free fetal DNA in maternal plasma correlates with parity, maternal age and BMI.Timepoint: From entry into the study till delivery
