Intervention1: Shatavari Ghruta 15 ml B.D with warm water before meals for 30 days orally Follow up for 3 months with proper advice of pathyapathya Group B-No. Of patients-50 Gudapippali Ghruta15 ml B

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A Randomized, Clinical Study is undertaken. The patients age between 15-60 years, irrespective of their sex, religion, occupation fulfilling the clinical criteria for diagnosis of ParinamaShoola will be selected for the present study, from OPD and IPD section of Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Post Graduate Studies and Research Center, Hospital, Hubli â??,Karnataka. Inclusion criteria 1.Patient with Pratyatmalakshana of ParinamaShoola. 2.Selection of patients will be done irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, economic and educational status. 3.Diagnosed case of Gastritis, GERD, Gastric and Duodenal ulcer without complication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patient who are less than 15 years and more than 60 years. • Patient with systemic disorders like Tuberculosis, MI, HIV and Hepatitis. • Patient with complaints of acute abdomen. • Patients who were diagnosed as having perforation and malignant conditions of stomach and esoghagus, Barret,s esophagus, Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome and Jenkers diverticulum were excluded from the purview of the study.
