Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 1 and 2 patients. 2. Age > 15 to 3. Posted for laparoscopic appendicetomy and cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing for the procedure. 2. Patients with active respiratory tract infection. 3. Patients with cervical spine disease. 4. Patients with high risk of regurgitation
