Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I and II,scheduled for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation,with potential predictor of difficult intubation score more than 5. It is a scoring system to predict difficult endotracheal intubation with total score of 28 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, patients requiring surgical airway (e.g patients with obstructing laryngeal lesions like cancer or tumors), patients with craniofacial malformation (e.g difficult mask holding), Significant leak around face mask with patient breathing spontaneously before induction of anaesthesia, patients with inter incisor gap < 4 cm (e.g unable to put oral bite blocker), patients with severe cardio pulmonary compromise will be excluded from the study.
