Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases will be selected randomly irrespective of sex, length of track and prakriti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Patients who are suffering with diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis-B and other congenital diseases, biopsy of the tract suggestive of malignancy. 2-Pregnancy piles. 3-Cases will not be taken bellow 18 years and after 70 years.
