Intervention1: High flow nasal cannula for oxygen delivery: Oxygen will be given to all children during sedation. In the intervention arm, heated humidified High flow nasal cannula will be given at 1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II 2. Scheduled for upper GI Endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing respiratory or cardiovascular disease 2. Anticipated difficult airway 3. Upper respiratory tract infection 4. Allergy to any of the study drugs
