Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A freshly detected diabetic or on oral anti-diabetic treatment 2.No change in anti-diabetic treatment for the last one month if not detected DM in last month 3.Fasting plasma glucose not exceeding 180mg/dL 4.Between Age group of 18 and 60 years 5.Both male and female patients will be included 6.Patients consenting in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes other than type 2 diabetes mellitus 2.Patients having complications of diabetes like diabetic neuropathy, retinopathy, nephropathy, ketoacidosis. 3.Participation in any other clinical trial within the last 30 days 4.Pregnant or breast-feeding woman 5.Patient with acute conditions like Appendicitis 6.Participant of other clinical trial

To determine effective dose for reducing blood sugar levels.Timepoint: Telephonic Follow up at day 45 and day 75. Clinical follow up at day 15, day 30, day 60 and day 90.
