Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women diagnosed with urinary incontinence 2. Women who are likely to come for follow up. 2. Women who are able to practice the intervention as per the guideline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women undergone surgical intervention for urinary incontinence 2. Women above 60 years of age 3. Women not attending follow up clinic 4. Women those who are suffering with severe medical illness and on treatment
