Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having shoulder pain for more than three months of any aetiology VAS score more than 5 restricted range of motion of shoulder joint which hampers normal activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignancy. Radicular pain. History of recent trauma Coagulopathies Skin infection
