Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically and radiologically diagnosed as prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc with unilateral radiculopathy (L5 and/or S1)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any associated joint disease which can affect gait. Associated significant myofascial pain which can affect gait. History of paraparesis, hemiparesis, parkinsonism. Acute disc prolapse patients who are unable to walk. Peripheral neuropathies, peripheral vascular disease. Patients with motor neurodeficite or who needs urgent neurosurgical opinion.
