Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II children requiring general anaesthesia with orotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having high risk of pulmonary aspiration. 2. Patients with anticipated difficult airway e.g. head and neck pathology, congenital syndromes affecting airway, swellings and dressings on face or neck or restricted mouth opening. 3. Surgery of oral cavity, larynx, pharynx. 4. Patients with increased intracranial tension
