Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both men and women Age between 20 to 60 years , Diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational diabetes, Type 1 diabetes Below 20 years and above 60 years. Diabetes mellitus with other complications like renal complication, cancer, etc
