Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adults of the genders and the age group of 25-60 years willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: comorbid conditions such as chronic kidney diseases, cancer, HIV cases pregnant and lactation women those with chronic or critical illness age group below 20 years.
